As part of the “Risk 2.0” project for the rapidly growing Dutch fintech lender BridgeFund, I addressed the challenge of their manual and time-consuming credit risk assessment process by designing a user-centred Figma mockup for a new risk portal. This UI design, which adhered to BridgeFund’s existing branding and UI guidelines, provided a clear roadmap for a more efficient and data-driven system, ultimately enhancing the user experience for Risk Agents, empowering data-driven decision-making, increasing processing efficiency, and supporting BridgeFund’s continued growth in the fintech lending market.
